TOUCH MUCH
Sean, Rachel and Jeff head for Black�s Beach again. Sean feels real relaxed, like he�s a long-time naturist.
The three of them go into the Pacific together. Sean and Rachel get all lovey dovey. Jeff feels left out, but also is delighted to see this romance developing so well. He wouldn�t mind if they got married on the spot.
Eventually Jeff instigates some horseplay. Sean and Rachel happily oblige. Jeff brushes up against Sean�s manhood. Feeling it�s heat and hardness, Jeff quickly apologizes. Not having had enough time to soften, Sean also apologizes and thanks him for his maturity. Rachel admires them both.
As the horseplay continues, Sean observes that Jeff has no concern over where his private parts might brush against on his or Rachel�s body. Nor has he any concern over brushing against us. What an amazing child. Soon Rachel tires out, returning to the beach. Jeff jumps on Sean for a hug, his penis ending up against Sean�s. Sean�s eyes open wide, but he says nothing. He realizes Jeff is being Jeff, so he graciously completes the hug. In a minute, he asks Jeff if he knew where his penis was during their embrace. Jeff didn�t know at first, but then said, �Against yours,� half happy, half cautious.
�I could get in big trouble for that, you know.�
�Why? You didn�t do anything. And besides, no one could see. We�re in the water.�
�Neither of those matter. People could think I�m a pedophile.�

�A child molester.�
Laughing, �Don�t be ridiculous! No one�s gonna think that!�
�I�m very serious. But let me ask you something else. Why do you horseplay with Alex, especially here in the buff? You know what he�s after.�
�Oh, we�ve been doing that long before he got all sexatized.�
�Yeah, but now he�s after your body.�
�He wants your ba-dunka-dunk butt more than mine.�
�He told you that!?�
�Yup, using more colorful language. Actually, he�s very respectful to me. His talk is tougher than his actions.�
�Interesting�. Thanks.� Sean wants to ask how he felt about Alex lusting for him during the horseplay, perhaps getting a hard-on. He wants to say that other kids are gonna think he�s gay too. But his innocence shouldn�t be tampered with, he decides.

JERK QUIRK
In game two the Cubs face the Yankees. When Jeff leads off, the first and third basemen play half way to home plate. Jeff takes each pitch until a strike is thrown. On a two-one count he drills a one hopper into the shin of the first baseman, Paul, easily reaching first for a single. Paul quietly spills his entire repertoire of vulgar language while Jeff is at first base. Sean doesn�t hear the words but knows they are angry words. He�s happy to see Jeff keep his cool, which he praises him for after he scores on Michael�s solid double. Again the first inning sets the tone for the game, until the bottom of the sixth and final inning. The Yankees load the bases against Karim with no outs, down by a 6-3 score. Sean brings Jose in to pitch. Michael charges a ground ball to short, and flips to Jeff at second for the first out, as a runner scores. Then Jeff backhands Paul�s hard grounder up the middle. He flips to Michael as he falls and Michael fires to Karim at first for a game ending double play. With the 6-4 victory, the team goes wild!
As the two teams exchange handshakes, Sean overhears Paul cussing Jeff. Sean turns around and demands that Paul go with him to his coach. When he refuses, Sean calls his coach over. �Tell your coach what you said to Jeff.�
After getting no response, Paul�s coach says, �I can�t be bothered with this shit.�
�So that�s the example you want to set!? Wow!�
After Sean finds out who Paul�s parents are; he approaches them. After explaining what happened, he encourages them to deal with the situation at home, realizing it�s not likely they even do that. Paul�s father scowls, �I see the way you fondle these kids. You better watch your wonker.�
Sean�s blood begins to boil. Taking a deep breathe, �You need to do some research. There are only two predictors of which kids become delinquents�lack of physical nurture and it�s opposite, physical abuse. I hope you�re not two for two with Paul.�
In the mean time Fred confronts Paul, �You mess with Jeff and you gotta answer to me! Now get lost dick-breathe, before I do somethin� stupid.�
Totally shocked that Fred would stick up for him, Jeff immediately thanks him. Gruffly, �We�re teammates right? It�s no big deal. I want to kick that rat�s ass anyway.�
Rick then tells Jeff that he�ll make sure Paul doesn�t bug him anymore. Jeff gives him a hug, which Rick graciously completes.
After school the next day, Sean and Jeff go swimming again in his pool while Rachel is working. Jeff tells all about Fred and Ricky. Sean�s impressed with them both, realizing they achieved more than he did. Realizing he�s better off not praising them directly, he asks Jeff to relay his thanks. Then he mentions a man who was staring at Jeff�s crotch.
�Oh. Like you!?�
�Yes. No. I mean he had sex in his eyes.�
�No big deal. It happens sometimes. If they, I should say he, if he tries to start a conversation I�m quick to say, �I don�t care if you stare at my flare but if you fish for more, you�ll be sorry.�
�That works?�
�Yeah, usually they�re scared out of their skin and leave without taking another look.�
�Wow!�
